Project Life weeks 24-26

I'm slowing catching up on Project Life. I just finished editing all my pictures from our Maryland trip, so hopefully I can get those ordered and delivered by next week. I am knocking out projects left and right and I love the feeling of getting so much done! I guess that is the up side of having no friends here in Massachusetts yet. I get to be productive :)

A quick glance at my desk. I am just using a folding table right now. The hubs put his foot down and said no buying of any furniture until we buy a house. So it's working for now. I have it set up in front of a bay window so I have a ton of storage directly in front of me for all of my bins. I have been taking my recent PL spread pics here. I stand on a chair. It's been working better than out side. Less glare.

Project Life week 24

The drive up from Maryland (the first time) back in June. We stopped in Old Lyme, CT for a little beach break. Our first week in the new rental house in Mass. The kids are totally loving the huge yard.

I used a 6x12 divided insert this week, so the left side of this page is the layout. I continued our week at home on this side.

A close up of my mini Instagram grid. I adhered them to an index card.

When you flip the insert over, you will see it is all of our first trip to the Providence Zoo.

Zoo trip. The giraffe walks right up to you and we saw the elephants getting baths. The kids had a blast.

Project Life week 25

My mom came to visit this week, so more fun outings. I am enjoying exploring all that area has to offer.

I had these 3x4 cards already made so I used them all in a grid for the whole of the week. Each card is stamped using stamps from Close to my Heart.

This side of the layout is from our day at the Capron Park Zoo. They have a splash pad in the zoo which won the kids over.

Project Life week 26

The week before we left for vacation and our 2 day stay in Boston.

We made crab and sailboat cookies in preparation for our Cape Cod vacation, I got a hair cut, and we loaded up on new books from the library for the car. Then we hit Boston. The morning at the Boston Children's Museum, a visit to the Public Garden to feed the baby ducks, and a Red Sox Game.

On day two we hit the splash pad and walked around the city a bit more.

I am experimenting with my new typewriter. Starting off small. The ADVENTURE card was clear so I backed it with a blue chevron card.
