Project Life Creative Team submission JAN

Hello! If you are new to my little blog, welcome! I thought I would share my submissions for the Project Life Creative Team. Each month we are asked to submit 3-4 layouts/projects using ONLY Becky Higgins brand Project Life supplies. Since many Project Lifer's only use the basic core kits, I thought you might enjoy seeing pages made with only those kits. Each month I will post my submissions here. I will see repost these pages with I post my weekly spreads (still getting caught up on that).

January CT Submissions

Design Q page protector, Midnight Edition
I used white card stock to type my journaling onto. I cut it into strips and adhered it right to the pictures.

For this card, I used a stamp for the "today" and then used the scrap edge of some patterned paper for the banner.

The letters are black sparkly Thickers.

I cut up a drawing my daughter did and slid it into the pockets. I typed right onto the drawing of what it was in her words, along with her name and the date. Again, I used the same technique of typing up my journaling on card stock and adhering it to my photos.

The little gold star is from a Studio Calico PL kit.

For this spread, I had taken a bunch of pictures of the kids on the day of their class pictures. I also that day recorded some of their currents favorites onto 3x4 blank PL cards. I used chipboard letters for their initials at then top of each card. I don't know the brand, I'm sorry. I won them in a giveaway.

The "you" heart is a card from the Midnight kit that I cut out and adhered onto my photo.

I use the Project Life brand pens to write directly onto my photos. It goes on so smooth and with no smear. I do wait a few minutes before sliding them back into the pockets. My favorite size pen is the 3. The "be awesome" flair button is from a Studio Calico PL kit.

I wrote my journaling onto some card stock and adhered it onto a PL card.

The small square pictures were printed at home on my Canon Pixma. All other prints (4x6) were printed from Walmart, matte.
