HOW TO WIN A STAMP SET?  We are giving you three chances to win!!

  1. Take part in the blog hop.  To do this, hop along to each blog on the list below, leave a comment on each, Kellie Stamps National Scrapbook Day blog post.
  2. Join in with our challenge by copying one of the stamping techniques shared by a design team member.  Projects must be NEW, no linking to old blog projects.  Once you have finished add your link to the linky at the end of the blog post.  Links can be to blog posts or images from instagram.
  3. ALL of the above.
You have until Midnight Monday to take part in both the blog hop and the challenge.

Now...on to the challenge. I am challenging you all to use color ink to make a few Project Life cards. I know my go-to is black ink. It stays on my desk, out all the time, because I use it ALL THE TIME. I forget sometimes I have a whole drawer of colored inks! So...go through your stash and find one, or more, that you love and use it!

For these cards, I used the new Kellie Stamps that will be up for pre-order on May 1st, Today & Outline It.

SUPPLIES:

I made three cards. For the first one, I wanted to use all the awesome words Kellie had in this new set to create a "currently" card. I used the Mint Hint and stamped the words in a list form under the "currently" title.

After I was done stamping, I used my typewriter to add in my journaling. I ran some of my words off the side, but honestly, this doesn't bother me. So I left it and moved on. I need to use my color inks way more. I love the contrast between the light mint and the black type.

For the second card, I used the script "I AM" in black and "awesome" in the Mint Hint.

I then used my Project Life pen to add my journaling, which was a list of all my titles.

For the last card, I used the + symbol from one of Kellie's old sets (sorry, no longer available) in Mint Hint and stamped it in the center of my card. Then I used the new alpha set, Outline It, to set my kids initials on either side in black.
